Where to Place Cameras: Homes, Shops, Offices and Plazas
Good placement matters more than camera count. These are the points we cover first on most jobs.
Homes in Bahria Town and DHA — main gate (wide view), a second gate camera at face height, car porch, street view, back lane or servant entrance, rooftop access and the main door. Indoor cameras are optional and usually limited to the lounge entrance.
Shops and showrooms — a close camera over the cash counter, one facing the entrance to capture faces, one across the display floor, and one on the shutter from outside for after-hours.
Offices — reception and entry, corridors, the server or record room, stock rooms and parking. We avoid pointing cameras at individual screens or private areas.
Plazas and commercial buildings — every entrance and stairwell, lift lobbies, parking ramps, rooftop and a central monitoring point for the management office.
Night-time tip: in streets with little lighting, colour night-vision or IR cameras with a longer range make a big difference. Ask to see night footage on your phone before the team leaves.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a CCTV installation take?
A 4-camera home system is usually finished in one day. Larger IP systems for offices, plazas or warehouses can take two to four days depending on cabling.
Will my cameras keep recording during load-shedding?
Only if they have backup power. We recommend connecting the DVR/NVR and camera power supply to a UPS or inverter, and can size one for you.
How many days of recording will I get?
It depends on the number of cameras, resolution and hard disk size. A typical 4-camera 2MP home system on a 1TB disk keeps roughly two to three weeks of footage.
Can I watch my cameras on my phone from abroad?
Yes. As long as the DVR/NVR has a working internet connection, you can view live and recorded footage from anywhere.
Do you repair systems installed by other companies?
Yes. We diagnose and repair most brands, and upgrade old analog systems to HD or IP.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
